Hi, I'm just in the process of switching from Koodo to PM. I thought I had done everything right, but app has reached step 6 of 6 and it says subscription not activated. I put in my IMEI to activate esim in a previous step and that's as far as I got. Is there anyone who can help? I have to port my number from Koodo and would like to have this resolved as soon as possible.
