check Telus Outage map and see if there is any reported outage in your area:

Try reboot your phone, and Reset all networks. If still no signal, go to the Connection manual, change network connection to Manual and try to connect to Public Mobile network. And test the different network mode (3G or 4G(LTE) or 5G)
if you are using physical sim card, test your sim card in anther phone to confirm if it is just a device problem

@Laincy777 Can you confirm weather your account is active or suspended ? Have you tried rebooting the phone ? What have you tried so far
