I used my voucher to activate my phone service on my mobile number enter the pin after calling *611 but it said we can't proceed your request please contact the selfservice.publicmobile.ca in community services please help if anyone know and email the solution there or on xxxxxxxxxxx

When did you buy the voucher? Vouchers from some stores has to wait 24 hours before it can be used. Did you got it for over 24 hours? IF not, you need to wait
But if you need it now or it has been over 24 hours, please submit a ticket with CS agent
