Trouble setting up account

I can’t set up a new account. I type in the phone number during the setup process but never receive the text with the code. Please help!

@LieuxI just got an email from the moderator team minutes ago that was intended for a different person (not the first time the mods sent me someone elses message), after seeing the mod team send the wrong customers invoice (this is unacceptable) only days ago something needs to be done with the mod team contacting the CORRECT person. @Brooke_C @Alan_K

This may be a redundant question.  But we need to know the answer first before moving on to the next troubleshooting step.

Can you receive text message using your new PM SIM card?

If yes, PM self-serve system is slow.

Try to create your new self-serve account an hour later.  You should restart your browser before doing the account creation process again.

How long ago did you request the code?  You can message the moderators to assist you but they are gone for the evening and will be back tomorrow at 9 AM EST.

Community Moderators are available from Monday-Friday 9am(Eastern) to 9pm(Eastern) and Saturday, and Sunday from 9am(Eastern) to 7:30pm(Eastern)
