Trouble renewing subscription

My 55$ plan will not renew with the 20$ promo for 15months. Under current subscription the promotion still shows but when I try to renew and make a payment the 20$ promotion does not show.

It will charge you the full amount this month but you will receive 20$ worth of funds towards your next payment and the 20$ promotion will continue.

@onlinepublic I am sure.  worst case, just open ticket with support after and they will sort it out

@sb1v12 if you leave it with Autopay, PM will apply the $20 during the renewal. If you manually top up, you will need to top up the full amount and PM will credit you $20 after

@sb1v12  You might want to reach out to support about that’ … not sure how many GB you get for that $55 plan but there’s one there right now for $39 for 20GB that may be of better value to you no expiry either and you get to keep old rewards if your on them and not new point system also
