Trouble porting number to public mobile

I'm having trouble porting my number from koodo to public mobile. Got the SMS request yesterday for authorization, and I replied yes to it within 90 minutes but the transfer did not go through. I was told by koodo that I need public mobile to re-send the request for authorization. How do I do this?

Are you on Koodo Postpaid?

 

did you receive a test from Koodo about your approval to port?  did you reply YES?

there is a number to contact the Porting team and talk to live person.  They can advise what to do from here or re-request the porting.  Please check the inbox and I will message you the number

I had issues with porting also.. it's best to open chatbot and they will help you from there.

If you have made a request to port your number to another carrier and have not received an SMS from Public Mobile to confirm your request, please open our chatbot via this link. This will put you in touch with our Customer Support Agents who will be able to assist you.
