Trouble logging in

Hello,

I am unable to login to my account since I first made it in august 

It just shows a blank white screen with the message  “forbidden AI” 

I received a text message saying public mobile has not received my payment this month even though it is supposed to be automatically taken out of my account like usual. I can’t login to my account to pay manually

How do I fix this? Thank you

Clear tge cache on your browser and try login again.

Or you can try login on the PM app.

quickest way to get payment into your account first is to  buy a voucher from Shoppers drug mart or gas stations and then load the voucher using *611 or 1855-4PUBLIC
