Can I text,call, use data in Mexico just like at home with no additional cost. My plan is for Canada, US & Mexico but I want to clearly understand my benefits, especially in Mexico.

Yes with the Canada-US Mexico plan you can use the phone as if you were home. No extra charges. Just turn roaming on and connect to the partners there.
