Hi
I’m going to be travelling to Sri Lanka and India. I would like to put my account on suspension at that time
Can you please explain to me how to do that and if there are reduced charges? I will be gone for almost 2 months @links to members

Hello @FMCS
It's very easy actually. Log into your account and turn off autopay. The phone will still work for the remainder of the 30 days you paid for then will stop. It will stop for 90 days. When you get back, turn autopay back on and make a payment. Easy as pie. Here's the direct link.

hi @FMCS
PM has no service in those countries, so you need to suspend your account to save money
go to My Account, then Payment, and Manage Subscription to turn off Suscribed to stop Autopay. Your account will be suspended at the end of the current cycle. And from there, you need to resume service within 90 days or you will lose your account and number
