if you meant the 4 digits account PIN to make payment using *611 or 1855-4PUBLIC, you will actually need to reset it on My Account using a browser, use this link:

You can still login into your self service account.  Instead of 2FA text code, you can request 2FA email.  Once into  your account, then you can pay your account. 

If you are unable to get into your account, the quickest way is to purchase a payment voucher either in store (Shoppers, Shell) or online (muskbird.com - service fee applies) and load up via 611 (don't need PIN).
