Hello @Tiatoune
The way Public Mobile works, each account requires it's own email address. You can however use the same credit card on both accounts though.
On a side note, I recommend this to everyone. If you are choosing to come over to Public Mobile, get yourself a SIM card first or eSIM. Start an account and make sure you can make and take calls, text and receive text messages and finally, data works. Once that is all good and fine, you can go into your account and port over your Virgin numbers. It's super easy. You just need to have your Virgin SIM cards in the phone to get a porting request text and say YES. Once it goes to SOS mode, then you can remove the old SIM, shut off the phone, put in your PM SIM and restart your phone. You should be up and running with your Virgin number.
Excellent advice.

I would:
1. Make sure you have at least a week left on your Virgin account. Just in case of complications as you don’t want to loose your number.
2. Would be handy if you have a spare phone to put your Virgin Sim into temporarily.
3. Remove your payment method from Virgin. I use an exhausted prepaid credit card for that.
