I have multiple accounts for my family and all of them log in properly, but if I log into my account for my phone number it wants me to start a new subscription. I have no idea why this just started happening or how to fix it.
I am trying to purchase a US data add on for a trip tomorrow. How am I supposed to do that now????

@PublicChaos yes, the system cannot find your My Account. Don't register a new one. Ask PM to sort it out. Since you cannot properly login, you won't be able to open the preferred Chatbot ticket. Yep, I have an email account and it WILL let me log in with it and the PW I have, but when I do it thinks its a brand new account I am setting up (When using the APP).
If I use the website, it logs in and shows me no account info, just tries to sell me plans. Its bizarre.
I think I am finally done with this crappy service, its just not worth the savings anymore.

@PublicChaos Have you tried using incognito or private browsing mode? Your account must be linked with an email address, are you not able to login using email address? You might have to register EverSafe account if you never logged in before.
