ok when my sister tried to set up her new PM acct she took her Rogers sim card out to soon and the transfer was not completed. So now she doesn't know how to cancel her Rogers account and have pm as her carrier. Now we see she hasn't transferred her phone # over.....we need help!!!

@Moedon Does she still have the Roger’s SIM card ? If so put it back in the phone and ask the listing team to re trigger the port request
