Thanks for the help

hi@Matt79

iphone: Go to the Settings menu of your iOS device and then choose the option Mobile Data.
The Mobile Data screen will open up for you. From here, go to SIM Applications.
Next, you can access the various SIM card management features that you wish.

Android: Open the Settings app on your Android smartphone.
On the Settings home page, you’ll come across the SIM card manger option.
Click on it, and on the new screen, you will be able to see multiple SIM card settings available for you.

Where do I check that? I cannot make any calls it’s just showing sos and network is not available.

@Matt79 , if your eSIM installed, please try these suggestions below:

  1. In cellular settings make sure that “ Turn On This Line “ (for iPhone ) is selected. (I am not positive where the setting is on a different phone to turn it on, possibly ‘Turn on your eSIM under Mobile Network’)
  2. Reset your network settings & reboot your phone.

Edit: To add screenshot for iPhone’s!

@Matt79

did you check the device and see if the PM eSIM was installed?  If not, check the Welcome email and scan the QR code to install.

And if the eSIM installed, make sure it is  eneabled

if you still cannot install the eSIM, please submit ticket with CS agent:
