Transferring phone number

I was going through the process of activating my eSim, from Chatr to Public Mobile. Chatr sent me a message saying to reply with YES to accept my number transferring. I tried replying but it wouldn’t send. Now my QR Code for Public Mobile doesn’t work either it says contact carrier provider. Someone help I’m stuck trying to figure out how to transfer my number and activating my eSim

Yes I tried scanning the QR code from my email, it says unable to activate contact carrier provider, so I contact Chatr or PM? I have a iphone XR

for the replying text issue, try to reboot the phone and see if it helps.  But it sounds like a device problem. You might want to borrow a phone from your friend, put the Chatr sim card there and ask PM to reinitial the porting so you can receive the text again and reply YES

for the eSIM issue, were you scanning the QR code from your email? What kind of phone do you have, brand and model?
