Transferring phone number from Koodo

How long does it usually take to port your old cell # to Public.

I did activate with a cell # as suggested. Waiting for response from Moderator.

As mentioned earlier, number ports from Koodo are often instant. However, your wait time is going to be largely based on the amount of time that the moderators take to look at your ticket. I would expect it to be within 48 hours.

As soon as the moderators get the information required and initiate the port, the change will be immediate.

If you leave your Koodo SIM card in your phone, you'll know the port was completed when you lose service to to Koodo SIM.  Then all you need to do is put your public mobile SIM back in your phone and you're good to go.
