Transferring number

Transferred a number from old provider to public, received the sms from previous provider, confirmed that service no longer works, been over 5 hours and public mobile service has not activated sim, restarted phone.  Am i still needing to wait longer?

Then it sounds like a provisional issue with your SIM. Just private message a CS_Agent so they can fix it on their end.

Cant make calls, text, and sim status all blank when checking about.....   attempts to create tickets goes error 100 page every time

so, you cannot even make outgoing calls?

try to reseat the sim card once and see if it works

if not, likely it is a sim provisioning issue, easy fix for PM, you just need to engage them via ticket, message them here:

**Monitor your Community inbox (envelope icon on top right) after the ticket is opened.  CS Agent will reply to you there
