Hello, when I Enter the phone number to transfer to Public Mobile, it shows a message said my phone number is invalid. Can someone help me?

This could either mean that the number can't be transferred to Public Mobile or that it's a number from Koodo. Is the phone number that you're trying to port over active? Also, which city is it from? Not phone numbers from all cities can be brought to Public Mobile. In the case of transferring a number from a prepaid Koodo account, and new numbers needs to be chosen during activation and the number porting needs to be performed later on.
