Yesterday morning you people promised that the issue will be solved within half hour to maximum 5 hours

Hello Till now i did not get any response and I am struggling from Sunday evening almost 36 hours. Please solve this issue as you have already issued two tickets 436645-338 and 436645-519 till today. Please let me know what is the issue

With PC mobile you need to create a ticket.
