I didn’t request to change my number
after transferring from fizz to public mobile last week
my phone number was still the same one
until today

Hi, I did reach out to them and submitted the ticket
so far there is no reply
and I am stuck

So just to confirm — your number got changed to a different one even though you didn’t request it? If that’s the case, you’ll need to contact Customer Support and let them know what happened.
