Transferring Number Issue

Was able to sign up for the 5G 40GB plan last night, but got errors during activation and transferring numbers. It eventually worked after few retries; however my number hasn't transferred. My old SIM (FIDO) is still in my phone and active, but haven’t received any transfer confirmation from them. 

I would appreciate assistance with this.

You can initiate the transfer again, by going into your Account Settings -> Profile -> on the right there will be a "Transfer #" link.
