Looking to transfer my number, it asked for my IMEI number, and then got a SMS message to saying I put in the wrong ESN/MEID number, and that someone was going to contact me. I haven’t received a called yet, is there a number I can call and get my account finished up?

@whoisdoug it is better to provider account number of your old provider instead of IMEI
But no worry, there is a number to call to talk to live support, you can work with them to provide the proper porting info and they can re-trigger the process for you. I will message the number to you via the Community inbox ( https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/notes/privatenotespage ) . Check the envelope icon on top right. Call them and get it fixed

Always better to use your previous carrier account number.
To complete the porting of your number to PM is to private message them on the envelope icon on your computer or tap on your avatar then messages.
