I need help transferring my number 365-xxx-xxxx from luckymobile to publicmobile

@Gbolahan we are NOT Public Mobile representatives, we are customers like you. So we cannot see any details to your account. You posted in a public forum, not private message.
Did you reply YES to the porting approval text, when the lucky SIM card was in your phone? If not, then insert your lucky SIM card back in, and see if the text comes in to reply.

More details are needed. Did you already have a Public mobile account? Did you already try to port your number over?

It would be best to remove your phone number since this is a publicly visible page, click the little circle with a v in it and select edit.
Can you tell us where you are in the process and what difficulty you are having?
