Remember to keep your Koodo SIM in your phone and reply with YES when Koodo text you to confirm you are porting out to PM.
Also your Koodo account must be active to port out.

are you going from Koodo Prepaid or Koodo Postpaid?
If Prepaid, you will have to get a temporary phone number first and then request porting after the account is activated
If Postpaid, you can request porting during activation.
If you already requested porting but have trouble , I can send you the number to porting support team to ask for status update and assistance. Please check your Community inbox for the phone number
