How can I transfer my old number and plan to a new phone that doesn’t have SIM card capability

just make sure you download PM app and login using the same login credentials

yes, then you will install the PM app on the new iPhone, login the App, go to Account, click Purchase Sim card and buy eSIM there

No it’s not like that I have a normal sim in my iPhone 12 now and I want to transfer my plan to the new iPhone 17 I got but the new phone doesn’t have SIM card it changes it to an eSIM and it says to contact the provider how do I do that

if it is esim, just download the app to new cell...log in to your account to buy the esim for your account.
