I've transferred phone number from Chatr to Public Mobile. Have not received the prompts in the Public Mobile app to complete the transfer. My phone not receiving calls or SMS.

Public Mobile’s protocol for porting issues is that you submit a ticket.
The Public Mobile chatbot is currently unable to create trackable tickets for members who are unable to log in. So for this reason, please use the following link to contact customer service.

@Aguji you should get a text from Chatr in your. Chatr sim
there is a porting assistance team, you can call and ask for update. Yes, a quick and effective way we are allowed to share. I can't post the number here, but I will message the number to your community inbox. Please check and call them

Try rebooting the phone.
If you place your old SIM card from the other provider, do you still have service?
You can also try to reset your Network Settings as it may have Chatr info still there.
