I have an account, I thought I could add my daughters phone to my account by asking to transfert a number… Now I lost my number, her number is now associated to my phone, my old number seems to be lost.
I opened a new account for my daughter and can’t transfert her number…
So I lost my number and no longer can I receive calls… How can I retreive my old number?
I can’t transfer my my daughters number…
It is not possible to have 2 lines (numbers) on the same account with the same email address…1 account/1 email.
What you should have done is to subscribe a new plan for your daughter in a different email address or her email address if she has one.
Private message a CS_Agent to investigate what you have done and see if anything can be done to retrieve your old number back at:
The only to lose your old number is nonpayment for more than 90 days.
You will have to contact support for assistance and hopefully you can get your old number back. Unfortunately you discovered how you cannot have multiple numbers on the same account, must be separate accounts with different email addresses. Also you cannot transfer a number from one Public Mobile account to another. Reach out to customer service and hopefully they can help!

@Thekneebeau10 Sorry each account ( phone number ) need its own email and can’t not be merged with existing account . Please submit ticket with support to to try and straighten it out and get your number back
