Transfer number

I've asked to have my number transferred on Nov 17 from Virgin and so far my account still active with them. I have been told that Virgin did not receive the Yes confirmation for the number transfer and Public Mobile needs to send a new request. I tried to contact public mobile and so far anyone can help with. Very disappointed and thinking of my moving somewhere else where there is a live agent to fix problems.

Can you send me the porting team number? I have been asking many people but no reply.

The problem you is operator error my know what to do and not following the porting steps in order.

You need the Virgin SIM in your phone and not the PM SIM to receive the text!

Just put the Virgin SIM and you will see the text. This is not a PM issue, it is a Virgin issue because they are the one that will send you the text.

You will need a CS_Agent to restart the porting process for you again.
