Hi,
my number didn't get transfered to public mobile from another provider. I got a message for how to do it bur I can't find the icon to click on after vising my account page. Could someone please reach out to give account details and help

if OP requested porting during activation, there would be no temporary number
PM sim would show the number he wants to port in. Outbound call will be working, inbound will not come to PM sim until the port is completed

HI @nsobhan1 Call the porting support team. They can re-initiate the port. Impotant thing is make sure your old account is active , have the sim card ready to get the message and reply YES
