Transfer number to new iphone

Im trying to transfer my number to a new iphone but it keeps on saying unable to transfer

Is it a physical SIM card? If so, just turn off your iPhone then insert SIM card and reboot. It should start up with PM on it. If not, you may need to go into your settings and reset the Network Settings and then reboot.

If it's an eSIM, those are not transferable and you'll need to get another one. Great news is it's free! If you've already purchased one of course.

if using a hard sim..just remove sim from old iphone and install in new iphone. If you're using esim...well..now ypu need to download the app, sign in to your acct and purchase a new esim.
