Transfer number issue

@CS_AgentIm trying to transfer my existing number over from Koodo prepaid but I was told to submit a ticket first. Please help as my legs are getting tired. Thank you

The reason for this is because Koodo prepaid shares the same systems as Public Mobile as they are both under the TELUS umbrella.

Public Mobile has to simply manually switch the carrier in their system from Koodo to Public Mobile.

You should be good to go within an hour or so...

@Yvonne58   is your current PM line working, can make outgoing and receive incoming calls?

If so, simple open a ticket with PM support by direct message:

**Monitor your Community inbox (envelope icon on top right) after the ticket is opened.  CS Agent will reply to you there
