Hi there, I called Primus and they say they have no record of a request to port my number. It is not possible to submit a ticket. The system is not working. Can someone help me?

The ticketing system isn't working. I tried that pathway several times. I did find another reply where someone said to write to CS-Agent, so I did that

landline and voIP line takes longer , could take as many as 7 days
but you can check with support and ask them the progress. Open ticket with Chatbot on the lower right. type the question Submit ticket and then choose Contact Us and you will get to the page to open ticket

@Bowingin , landline number transfers take several days to complete. When did you submit the number transfer?
