I am trying to transfer my number from Koodo to PM, but it says that the number I have is not a Canadian number. I need help to transfer and then finish activating.

if you are a Koodo Postpaid customer, you can still choose a new number first and ask PM to port in the number after the account is all setup

From the error message, sound like you are a Koodo PREPAID customer and not Postpaid
If you are porting in from Koodo prepaid, you have to activate with a new number first. Once activation completed and you can make calls and recieve calls, then you will need to open ticket with PM support for a manual porting request.
