physical sim or esim?

if physical, just move the sim to the new phone

if esim, download PM app, login My Account, and buy new esim by going to Account-> Purchase sim card and choose eSIM

If you have physical SIM, pull it from old phone, apply adapted if needed and push it into new phone.
If you have eSIM you have to order a new one (should be free) and apply/activate it in a new phone.
