I transfer from koodo and eSIM can not work for the whole day no net work and no message

It looks like customer service is receiving a large amount of requests which is causing the response times to be longer than usual. Hang in there. I am sure that you will get a response back. 

No one help me to deal with that upload a ticket no reply still have no network !

I have removed the picture that you posted becasue it contains your contact information. You will still need to delete the picture from your Community profile.  Please do not post such information in a publicly viewable message board.
