I have a older SIM card from probably 2 years ago that I never activated. Can I use that sim card now with these current phone plans?

Yes you can however it must be for a new account activation.
hi @Masteryasi yes, as long as the sim card was never used, you can use it now, there is not expiration date
As long as its a public mobile sim card that was never activated then it should be fine yes.
