I’m a new PM customer. Recently upgraded to new iPhone. I would like to transfer my PM esim to the new device. I need to maintain esim as physical sim is occupied by work line. Any recommendations for how to proceed? I was unable to submit a ticket. Thanks!

@unsubscribe sorry, at the moment, PM does not allow eSIM to be transferred to another devices. So, physical sim is the only solution if you are changing devices. Sorry about that
If you like, you can confirm with support , but I am certain the answer will be the same

@unsubscribe Sorry you can’t . E sim just for new activations . You would need to get physical SIM card for now
