Hello, please help. How do I transfer my esim to my new phone. It is giving the message “Contact carrier to set up esim” but it is already set up I just need to transfer it to my new phone .
you can;t transfer existing esim. Download the app to your new cell, log in to your account and buy a new esim...it'll end up being a free replacement esim.
