Transfer didn't work

I transferred from a SIM card to a ESIM. I did not see the message to make it within the 90 minutes. What do I do now? I can text and call  but I cannot recieve calls

if you can text and call, then at least the esim works and just a problem with porting.  In this case, PM porting support team can help.  I have sent you the porting support team number.  Please check your Community inbox (envelope on top right), check for the number and call

@Krishaw  So your ported number to PM with physical sim to eSIM ? If so I can private  message you the porting team number and then can re trigger the port request for you
