Transfer SMS not received

I changed to Telus but I didn't received any sms from Public Mobil to transfer my number

Good luck… Public Mobile staff are beyond incompetent.

It took 6 hours to receive the confirmation when i transfered. You have to give it time.

make sure your PM account is active and can receive text

call Telus and ask them to retrigger the port request.

Submit a ticket with CS Agent using Chatbot here:

             Type the question "Ticket", Then click the following in order: "Account Management" , "Log In".  
             (If unable to receive 2FA SMS, click "Didn't Receive Code" or "Resend Code" and Select "Send Email")
