Transfer Account or Points

Hello, i will need to change my phone plan to be under my new jobs provider.

I dont want to lose my points, i was hoping there was a way to either transfer my points over to someone else, or for them to take over my account with their phone number.

Anybody gone through these, i would appreciate feedback, thank you.

@sergiomjsp  the one from Rogers can port in to PM.  But if you need to keep your phone number to port out, this cannot be done.  

If you let the number port in first, the old number would be gone after the port is completed 
If you port out your number first, the account would be closed after the port out is completed

So in short, if you let someone to take over your account, you will have to give up your current phone number.  There is no workaround

So if they are coming from Rogers for example and have no PM account, can they port their phone number into my account, and then I port out my phone number?

sorry @sergiomjsp , Rewards points and funds on accounts are not transferrable.  They will be gone if account is closed.  And remember, if you need to port out your phone number, your account will be closed once the port is completed

You can have someone to take over your plan but they have to take over your phone number as well.   
Of course, they can port their phone number if they are from another provider.   But if the one taking over already have a PM account, sorry, his/her phone number cannot be transferred to your account
