Tranferring SIM from Rogers to Public Mobile

Hi, I have switched myself from Rogers to Public Mobile.

I can call and text but I can't receive any call pr text and also I haven't received any text from Rogers to port out my number from Rogers to Public Mobile.

I called Rogers they said it is not the problem on our end. We have released your number.

I can't call Public Mobile since they do not have any number. What should I do?

@softechcan you send me that number as well, I also have the same problem, except I'm coming from Bell. I did get a text from Telus (I guess because they own PM) saying my transfer in was unsuccessful, but it wants me to use the mytelus app to try again..

A critical part to porting is to receive a text from your old provider and you have to reply YES within 90 mins.  If you are not receiving calls and text on your PM sim card, and only outgoing calls work, then you might have missed the step and hence porting was not completed

There is a number to call to talk to live support,  they can re-trigger the process for you.  I will message the number to you via the Community inbox ( https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/notes/privatenotespage ) .  Check the envelope icon on top right.  Call them and get it fixed
