How can I top up my balance? I want to put money on it before my renew date so I don’t have to worry about paying it on the renewal date.

Just to add, When top up money, make sure you add E911 fees if your province charge that
And if possible, still check your My Account after renewal day to confirm everything works

You can top up using this link using a credit card.

If you want to top up using a voucher, use this link.
https://myaccount.publicmobile.ca/en/account/payment/payvoucher
You also do this via 611 on your phone.
