Till the server is down?

I think, Its beyound the time which is mentioned as server down? 

Waiting to activate my frends's sim. He is already thinking is PM is worth it ? 

Any idea? when the server is up ?

This weekend's maintenance didn't necessarily result in the server being down. If you attempted to login to My Account or to activate a new SIM during the specified hours, you would of received the "we're in maintenance mode" screen and wouldn't of been able to proceed.

You say the server was down... what do you mean by that? You weren't able to activate a new SIM? Who knows, maybe there was something going on, but the maintenance wrapped up at 10:00 am on Sunday, nearly 24 hours ago now.

It's back up.  It's most likely because the US roaming options are now showing up.

They should atleast give a proper notice atleast.

Not sure why it is down again.  I wonder if they needed to bring it down again as they may not have gotten everything done with the other two shutdowns
