I recently opened a ticket and spoke with a customer service rep. Who was supposed to change my plan. So I went back into our messages and they were all deleted. Then it went back into open another ticket and now it won't let me at all. Hopefully this isn't another screw job

Won't let me submit another ticket been trying all day . Confidently says error. They were supposed to change my plan. Randomly all messages disappeared and I can't open another ticket

Just refresh your browser by clicking the n the circular arrow.
As for your pm, click to n your avatar>Messages then click on Inbox then the drop-down menu for Sent…your pm conversation should be there.

hi @Chudobs82 it wouldn't be gone. Check the Sent box as well
If still can't find it, submit another ticket
