Every time I try to get a ticket it says oops and can’t get no answers or a ticket what can I do

indeed, the old SIMon chatbot, which was the highly preferred method to reach customer support agents has not been functioning since the inception of the new self-serve and eversafe features were introduced earlier this year.
It’s strange to me, that public mobile has not made fixing that somewhat of a priority – especially given the strong push by some to only use that as a means of contacting them.
