Hi guys,

So I'm not registered for autopay. My payment is due tomorrow so I payed the full amount today. So my available funds are the full cost of my plan. However, I just received a text message saying "Your payment is due tomorowwo and there isn't enough money in your account to renew your plan." Why is this? Is my service going to get suspended?

Folks auto pay does work, if you don't intervene and trip it up.  Too many chefs do spoil the broth.  Stay out of the account around renewal time, unless service actually stops working.

@icon_p You should be fine. Ignore all messages UNLESS your phone stops working. If that happens, click this: message to moderators to send a private message to the moderator team with your phone number, PIN, and an explanation.

As backup plan consider an application like that from fongo.com. It provides free calling across Canada from wherever you are connected to wifi. It's my fall back.

My available funds and plan cost are exactly the same. When I made the payment I chose "amount due" so there's no discrepancy there. If I'm not fine...we may have a new Mayor in town lol

Double check your available funds vs your plan costs If they are equal you should be fine. If worried you could ask mods to renew your plan a day early.

Any chance your payment happened at around the same time that the message was received.  perhaps a timing issue?
