The phone number my phone thinks it has...

So, I ported my phone number from Koodo and everything seems to be working great. But I noticed that when i go to:
Settings-->About Phone-->Status-->Sim Status-->My Phone Number
it still shows the number that i registered the account with instead of the number i ported from koodo, is that normal? Or should it be showing the number that i ported?

It was a delay.

It must be a delay... I am definitely using the ported number; I've received and sent texts and calls, used data and everything.
I had rebooted but I just tried rebooting and taking out the sim now but it stayed the same.

Just try to use your phone send text messgaes or call someone else and find if the number showed on their screen is the true one. 

It always takes time, up to 48 hours I think

Did you try removing the sim and rebooting your phone? 

If you can text and call and your main number shows up than may be slight delay on updating?
