Hello,
I have just activated a public mobile account and am porting my number over from Virgin. However, when I try to make a self serve account, I recieve the error message "The phone number entered is invalid or you may have created your profile already". I have recieved a text message saying that my number port was succesful.
How can I create a self serve account?

Maybe you need to send a private message to the PM and let them to help you solve this problem.

@deborahchambers, Did you activate your account yourself (on-line)? If so, your self serve profile should already be created. you can just log in.
