I received a text message from public service saying you can get 15 GB data on your account. And still nothing showing at the account for the new offer.

Several customer who responded yes to the text did not successfully switch plans. There has been a glitch in the system where new plans changes are not shown in your self service account, just the old "cached" version of the plan. As mentioned, try to login in via different means.
If your plan was not changed, you should contact customer service agent to change plans now. Another option is to select this promo plan to change at your next renewal.

@Abdulhamid1 Try logging into your account using a browser in incognito mode and try again from a computer.
Your probably looking at old cached information

Yes I did accept the offer and it should renew at my renewal date. But it still doesn't.

if your plan just renewed, please use Incognito mode to login My Account again and it should show
